We built BiteSight, an app that shows users short videos of food from nearby restaurants tailored to their tastes, then delivers the food to their door. Our approach is like TikTok meets DoorDash, focusing on discovery through video and social proof from friends rather than just menus or grids of options.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in New York, NY, and the company is based here now and will remain so after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We're based in New York because it's a huge food city with diverse restaurants and a vibrant delivery market. This gives us direct access to both users and restaurants for testing and growth.
