We're building Matcha, a platform that helps hospitals find active, qualified clinical candidates faster and at lower cost than job boards or headhunters. Our product matches candidates by qualifications and cultural fit, letting recruiters spend less time sourcing and hospitals save money while improving the hiring experience for candidates.
We live in New York, NY and will keep the company based there after YC.
New York has a large healthcare market and access to hospitals and clinical recruiters. It also allows us to be close to our users and build relationships directly with healthcare organizations.
