What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We build drugs that hit transcription factors - proteins considered "undruggable" - by combining AI-driven approaches with high-throughput RNA-sequencing. Our platform lets us design molecules that modulate targets like NRF2, TEAD, and GPX4, opening treatment options for cancers resistant to existing therapies and rare diseases.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work in Boulder, CO, and plan to base the company here after YC as well.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Boulder has strong biotech and tech talent for our area. We're set up here with our team and lab space, so staying puts us close to our people and operations.
