We're building Glide, an AI-first editor for writing technical design docs. It connects to codebases to help engineering teams plan, triage, and coordinate complex changes faster. Instead of just generating code snippets, it focuses on system design, which is usually slow and manual.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in New York, NY and plan to base the company here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We're based in New York where we can stay close to early users and our network. It's a large tech hub with deep engineering teams who struggle with design-doc workflows.
