We built Abbot to help customer-facing teams manage conversations in Slack. It watches activity to ensure customers get timely replies, summarizes discussions, tags topics, and suggests next steps. It also provides insights into team responsiveness and automates common tasks via small pieces of code called Skills triggered by topics, schedules, webhooks, or chat.

We live in San Francisco and remotely; we would base the company in San Francisco after YC.

San Francisco is a hub for SaaS and developer tools, where our users work and where we can tap into customer success and sales teams for feedback and growth.
