We built a platform that aggregates available commercial office spaces across major U.S. markets. Users can browse listings with high-quality photos and comprehensive data they need to decide on their next office. The site is free to use and aims to remove friction from the traditional commercial real estate search process.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, CA, and it will remain our base after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is where the team lives and where the majority of the commercial real estate activity we're targeting happens. Staying local helps us build direct relationships with landlords and brokers.
