What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We build a set of collaboration tools - like contextual comments, notifications, recordings, multiplayer editing, huddles, and activity logs - that other products embed to improve team productivity and compliance. Our API and SDK plug into developer workflows so they don't have to build these complex features from scratch.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, and the company is based here now and would remain here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco has the right mix of engineering talent and access to early adopters building productivity tools. It helps us stay close to developer communities who use Velt.
