We built Twine to help service businesses turn leads into booked revenue. Our product captures every incoming lead - from calls, texts, forms, chats, Google, Yelp, and ads - in one dashboard. Then it uses AI to respond instantly, qualify customers, follow up automatically, book jobs, and show which marketing channels actually drive revenue.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, CA, and Twine is based here. After YC, we plan to stay in San Francisco to keep building and growing the company where the network and talent are.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco has the right mix of service business clients and AI engineering talent for us to build Twine efficiently. Being here helps us stay close to our customers and hire the people we need.
