What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We make TaxProper, an enterprise SaaS that automates property tax management for large real estate owners. It collects real-time tax data, encodes local tax rules, automates payments, forecasts tax liabilities, and streamlines appeal workflows.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We're based in Chicago, IL, and plan to stay there after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Chicago is where we built industry relationships and understand the local real estate tax ecosystem deeply. Staying here keeps us connected to customers and tax jurisdictions critical to our product.
