We built a tool that uses natural language processing to automatically identify and tag trends in customer support conversations. It connects to existing support channels like Zendesk and Intercom and surfaces user feedback insights to product and operations teams.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Los Angeles and San Francisco, and after YC the company would be based in the Bay Area.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We are currently split between LA and SF because that's where the founders live. Post-YC, being in San Francisco will help with access to investors and tech talent.
