What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We build software that helps startups and scaleups manage people, culture, and performance. Our tools include 1:1s, engagement surveys, performance reviews, OKRs/goals tracking, ongoing feedback, and peer-to-peer recognition. The product integrates with common tools like Slack and helps companies design the processes behind these practices when they're new to them.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We are currently based in San Francisco, CA, USA and would continue to be based there after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is where most of our customers and talent are. Staying here keeps us close to early adopters and top engineers.
