We built Pyxai, an AI-driven assessment tool that evaluates candidates' soft skills to predict long-term job success. It helps companies find and retain top talent by focusing on indicators traditional hiring misses.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Boston and are primarily remote. After YC, we'll remain based in Boston with a distributed team.

Boston is where our founding team is and where we have initial traction. Remote work lets us tap talent broadly while staying connected locally.
