What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We build an API platform that lets engineers integrate commercial real estate data quickly and reliably. Instead of months of building custom connections, developers use our tools to launch CRE software integrations in days. Our product focuses on property owners, managers, and proptech companies who struggle with fragmented, outdated CRE data sources.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Boston, MA and after YC will remain based here.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Boston is where we have our team and customer base. The CRE tech scene is strong here and it's where we can move fastest to build and test our product.
