We are building an AI Property Manager tailored for short-term rental hosts on Airbnb and similar platforms. Our product automates tasks like guest communication, pricing updates, and booking management to save hosts time and improve profitability. It combines AI with data science insights from operating multiple short-term rental properties ourselves.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in New York City and plan to base the company there after YC as well.

We picked New York City because it's where we live and have access to our network. It also has a strong short-term rental market to validate product-market fit.
