We build AI that automatically extracts complex facts from unstructured medical records. This automates hospital quality reporting, saving clinicians thousands of hours of manual work and highlighting where avoidable patient harm is occurring, so hospitals can intervene faster.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, CA, and plan to base the company here after YC.

San Francisco gives us access to great engineering talent and proximity to healthcare tech hubs. It's where we live and work, so it's practical and efficient for us.
