We built an AI-native talent platform centered around Nova, an AI teammate that runs voice/video pre-screen calls, first-round interviews including coding rounds with advanced proctoring, and ongoing assessments. Our platform also unifies OKRs, performance reviews, career growth, calibration, and compensation into one system so companies can manage and develop their workforce faster and more transparently.
