What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We build a SaaS platform that provides verified business identity data and automates compliance filings. Our Identity product gives financial services companies the accurate info they need to onboard customers quickly. Our Agent product helps employers file their business registrations with state and federal agencies. This reduces friction in B2B transactions and business operations.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, CA, and the company is based here now and would remain here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco has direct access to our customers and investors, plus a strong fintech and SaaS ecosystem that fits the kind of enterprise and financial services customers we serve.
