What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We're building Kuna, a smart outdoor light fixture with a Wi-Fi camera and two-way intercom. It detects people at your door, lets you see and talk to them from your phone, and replaces your existing porch light without extra wiring or drilling.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We're based in San Francisco and Burlingame, California now and would remain in the Bay Area after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We chose the Bay Area because that's where our team lives and where we have access to hardware manufacturing resources and early customers for smart home products.
