What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a platform that combines in-person therapy sessions with a private app where users share daily thoughts and progress with their therapist. Our product helps people get more out of therapy by blending direct contact with ongoing digital interaction tailored to each user's care plan.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, CA. If accepted, the company would continue to be based in San Francisco after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is where we both live and where the mental health tech ecosystem is strong. It's also where we can recruit therapists and test our product with real users.
