What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a product that automatically extracts billing rules from contracts - PDFs or CRM data - and generates accurate invoices. Our software handles complex B2B pricing schemes like custom discounts and usage tiers, so startups don't have to hire billing specialists or fix human errors.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Mountain View, CA, with remote team members. After YC, the company will remain based in Mountain View with remote work continuing.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Mountain View puts us close to investors and partners. Remote lets us hire top talent flexibly. We want to keep benefits of both instead of relocating fully.
