Patients can only get better at home if they receive the high-quality care that they need reliably. The existing in-home care process involves patchwork of different vendors, all connected through faxes by nurses. We're building modern, robust software that solves this challenge and brings this market online.

We're building a software platform that coordinates and modernizes in-home healthcare delivery. It replaces the current fragmented system where nurses connect vendors via fax. Our product standardizes workflows, schedules visits, tracks patient recovery, and ensures reliable high-quality care at home.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in New York, NY, and the company is based here. We plan to stay in New York after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

New York is where the in-home care ecosystem we serve actually exists. It's critical to be close to our users, healthcare providers, and partners to understand and solve their real problems.
