We see a tremendous opportunity to apply the latest technology to make inspectors more proficient and effective and make home inspections more engaging and value add to home buyers. We are just getting started, but are excited to provide much needed disruption in the space!

We built tools to improve the workflow and reporting in an industry that has seen little innovation.

We live and work in Seattle, WA, and after YC, the company would remain based here.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Seattle has a strong technical talent pool and a growing real estate market, which fits our team and product focus well. It's also where the founders are based and where we have existing traction.
