What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a platform that helps businesses hire and manage W2 contractors. Unlike traditional agencies that rely on resumes and interviews alone, we use work samples and video assessments to evaluate candidates. Our graders assess culture fit, experience, and communication skills for every contractor. We connect companies to contractors where they'll actually thrive.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work in New York, NY, and after YC the company would remain based here.

Explain your decision regarding location.

New York is where we found our early customers and talent. It's a major center for startups and tech companies that need better hiring tools for contractors, so it makes sense to stay here.
