What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We build a platform where companies can create customized GitHub-based technical assessments that candidates complete by doing real engineering tasks like submitting pull requests or improving design. Our product replaces abstract coding tests with practical, role-specific interview work that reduces the load on engineering teams.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Toronto, ON, Canada, and the company will be based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We started and built Hatchways in Toronto where our network and early users are. We want to stay here to keep close to our team and initial customers rather than relocating.
