This is managed by our proprietary Agent Protocol Engine (APE), the control layer that keeps shared context, enforces policy and ensures every step is tracked for regulated industries. Cozmo is live with 10+ enterprises, including Fortune Global 500s, like Nestlé, and has already handled over 1M production calls and 10M interactions; cutting costs by up to 70% and turning roughly 1 in 13 conversations into revenue.
