Our customers use bots for sales and marketing funnel automation, lead generation and nurturing, customer support and communication. Chatfuel’s bot creators range from small and medium businesses to the world’s most recognizable brands. Our bots help automate communication for sales, marketing funnels, lead generation, and customer support, replacing manual messaging with automated flows that reach customers inside the most popular messaging apps.
