Everyone else gets selective coverage and hefty legal bills to half-solve the problem. Caribou is the first autonomous tax firm. No lengthy workshops, no months of back-and-fort; connect your finance and HR systems and we graph your business - every entity, process, and employee - into a model we call the Atlas. From there we check transfer pricing, surface legal risks you didn't know you had, maximise your R&D credits, and monitor for accidental taxes as your shape changes. And we don't just hand you a report. We speak to your accountants, draft the legal agreements, and implement the fix ourselves. We've turned an eight-week engagement into three hours. What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a platform that connects to a company's finance and HR systems to map their global entities, employees, and processes into what we call the Atlas. It automates transfer pricing checks, highlights legal risks, finds R&D credit opportunities, and monitors tax exposure, all in real time. Instead of just handing over compliance reports, we draft legal agreements, talk directly to accountants, and implement fixes ourselves, cutting what used to take eight weeks down to hours.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in London, England, and the company is based here.

London is a global hub for finance and law, which puts us close to our target customers and the complex regulations we help navigate.
