We build software infrastructure that businesses use to speed up uploading extremely large files - ranging from 1GB to 100TB - over the internet. Our product solves notoriously slow and unreliable transfers that companies face when moving large datasets for robotics, satellites, AI, or enterprise systems globally.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, and after YC we will continue to base Byteport here.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Being in San Francisco places us close to a concentration of companies in robotics, AI, and satellite startups who use our software. It also allows us to tap into the local engineering and startup ecosystem for recruiting and partners.
