Banner is an operating system for real estate teams to manage capital projects. It consolidates all communication, workflows, spreadsheets, and file-sharing into one system. Customers use Banner from building acquisition through disposition to automate administrative tasks and reduce project costs.
We live and work across New York, San Francisco, and remotely. After YC, we will continue to operate from these locations to stay close to customers and talent in major real estate hubs.
Real estate and construction markets are centered in New York and San Francisco, and being local helps us build relationships. We also embrace remote work to access broader talent and support distributed teams.
