For employees, we provide a sounding board they can consult without fear of retribution on issues ranging from subtle, insidious slights and invalidations to overt discrimination and harassment. For companies, we provide data and insights to identify systemic issues, track behavioral trends, and develop actionable recommendations. tEQuitable is using technology to make workplaces more equitable.

We built a confidential platform where employees can raise issues about bias, discrimination, or harassment without fear. It acts as a sounding board for subtle slights and explicit harassment alike, while providing employers with anonymized data to spot systemic problems and behavioral trends. Our product helps companies prevent harassment before it escalates by enabling early intervention and actionable insights.
We live in Oakland, CA and will keep the company based here after YC.
Oakland is where we built the early product and assembled our core team. It gives us proximity to a tech-savvy, socially conscious workforce and allows us to remain deeply connected with the communities affected by workplace equity issues.
