It lets users identify strengths and skill gaps, guide personalized upskilling, and dynamically deploy talent to projects or roles via a smart Opportunity Marketplace. The goal is to enable companies to put the right people in the right roles to improve performance and growth.
We live and are based in San Jose, CA, with a distributed remote team around the world.
San Jose is our headquarters because it keeps us close to major tech and enterprise customers, but remote work lets us tap talent globally and stay flexible.
