Femi (CEO) worked previously with the World Bank with a focus on financial services while Dapo (CTO) led the development of the technology for one of the largest digital lending apps We are also backed by Y Combinator(W22), Magic Fund, Ventures Platform, Voltron Capital and more.

Instead of traditional collateral, the loan is backed by collective responsibility within business groups and enforced through social pressure to ensure repayment. Our platform manages loan disbursements, group formation, and repayment tracking.
We live in Lagos, Nigeria, and are currently based there with a remote team. After YC, the company will remain based in Lagos with remote support.
We chose Lagos because it's the heart of Africa's small business activity and fintech innovation. Being local helps us understand and serve the 44 million SMBs in Africa who have no reliable access to credit.
