We built Modus to help companies avoid bloated headcount. The product connects to HRIS and ATS systems and analyzes data across the organization to pinpoint waste in workforce plans. Leaders can then detect, inspect, and correct these plans without spreadsheets or complex setups.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work remotely. After YC, we will stay remote to keep flexibility and recruit talent regardless of location.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Being remote lets us tap into a wider pool of talent and work asynchronously across time zones. We don't need a physical office to solve a digital people problem.
