Inspired by personal experiences, our team came together to help transform the performance review process into a worthwhile, meaningful and easy process. It's designed for HR teams and managers who want a better way to assess performance and develop their people.

We live in Hamlin, NY, and the company would be based there after YC.

We live and started MicroEval in Hamlin, NY, and will stay based where our team already is to keep development focused and maintain the close collaboration we have.
