We built a telemedicine platform that connects people with chronic conditions - starting with obesity - to affordable, ongoing care. Our product manages end-to-end virtual visits, treatment plans, and subscription services to improve long-term health outcomes.

We live in New York, NY, and plan to keep the company based here after YC.

New York gives us access to a large population dealing with chronic conditions, plus access to healthcare professionals and potential partners. It's also where we built our initial traction and team.
