What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built Jetdocs, a ticketing solution that lives inside Microsoft Teams and Slack. It helps IT and Ops teams automate internal requests and approvals without code, replacing email threads and messy group inboxes with clear workflows embedded where teams already communicate.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Toronto, ON, Canada, and the company is based remotely with the team here. Post-YC, we plan to remain remote but open to moving as needed.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We're in Toronto where both founders live. Being remote allows us to hire and serve customers globally and stay agile. It also fits our current setup with only two founders.
