Features include a mobile-first applicant tracker, Text-To-Apply, one-click interview scheduling, and video cover letters. The goal is to replace paper résumés and speed up hiring.
We currently live in Toronto, Canada, with some of the team working remotely. After YC, the company will likely be based in the Bay Area.
Toronto is home because that's where we started and live now, but YC is here for access to customers, investors, and talent. We want to tap into the Bay Area ecosystem post-YC to grow.
