We are building Zaplar, an AI-native operating system that replaces every major component of a hotel's legacy stack - PMS, POS, booking engine, all of it. Instead of hotels running dozens of disconnected tools, Zaplar gives them one piece of software that handles daily operations autonomously. It's built to be the only thing a hotel manager or team needs to run the whole business.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

Stockholm, Sweden. After YC, we'd be based in Stockholm.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We're from Stockholm and most of our team is here. The European market is a great proving ground for hotel software, but we plan to expand as we grow.
