We made The Muse to connect job seekers, primarily Gen Z and millennials, with companies whose cultures, values, and benefits align with what candidates really want. Job seekers can explore real employee profiles and get a deeper sense of companies before applying. For employers, our platform surfaces candidates that fit their culture better, reducing churn and speeding hiring.

We live in New York, and the company will be based there after YC.

Our team is here and our early customers are mostly New York employers and job seekers. Staying local means faster iteration and better connections.
