We built a platform that provides on-demand tech support for small businesses and startups. Customers book appointments quickly and get access to friendly, trusted technicians either onsite or virtually in as little as 2 hours. We handle the tech headaches so they can focus on their business.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in New York, NY, and the company is based there now and would remain based there after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We picked New York because our early users are local small businesses, and it's where Scott and Colin are located. Being on the ground and accessible makes it easier to build and deliver an in-person tech support service.
