What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built Shor to make international payroll simple and fast for founders. Our product lets companies hire their first international employees or contractors with one call, then run payroll the same week through Shor's Employer of Record (EOR) network worldwide. We handle local contracts, ensure compliance automatically, and enable same-day local-currency payouts with a flat FX margin. There are no setup fees or lock-ins, so founders can move quickly without dealing with complex local regulations or expensive, slow processes.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, CA, and plan to keep Shor based here after YC.

San Francisco is a global fintech hub with access to talent, startup customers, and investors who understand international payroll and HR tech. Being here keeps us close to our customers and network.
