Pine Park partners with senior living communities to provide primary care to their residents, building a value-based care model where we keep patients healthier. This allows us to provide comprehensive healthcare on-site, see patients regularly, and better support their holistic health.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Oakland, CA, and plan to base the company here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Oakland is where we live and have access to senior living communities to pilot our service, so it makes sense to keep the company based here.
