We have built AI agents that autonomously monitor clinical trials, identify operational risks, improve data quality, and take actions to resolve issues before they escalate. Our product handles oversight and execution tasks traditionally done manually by clinical trial teams, helping sponsors run trials more efficiently and with better compliance.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, CA, and after YC the company will remain based here.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco puts us close to biotech hubs, AI talent, and investors who understand healthcare IT. Being here lets us recruit skilled engineers and stay connected to clinical trial sponsors and CROs in the region.
