And every person learns differently because every task is different. Lucidic brings that idea to AI agents by training a custom learning system for each agent, so it learns what to remember, what skills to build, when to ask for help, and how to improve from experience. The model provides the intelligence, Lucidic gives it a way to learn.

We build Lucidic, a system that lets AI models learn from experience without changing their weights. Instead of retraining models on data, we create a custom learning system tailored to each AI agent so it knows what to remember, what skills to develop, and when to ask for help. This approach makes machines learn more like humans do - through practice and feedback, not just memorization.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, and we plan to keep the company based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We are already in San Francisco, which is where the startup ecosystem and talent are concentrated. Staying here keeps us close to potential customers, partners, and YC itself.
