We build pre-employment assessments that simulate the work applicants will actually do on the job in entry-level customer support roles. Our product lets employers predict how well candidates will perform before hiring, improving the hiring process for frontline support staff.
We live in San Francisco and operate with a partly remote team. After YC, the company will remain based in San Francisco.
San Francisco gives us access to a strong tech talent pool and potential early customers in B2B SaaS recruiting, while remote lets us tap into skilled team members outside the city.
