Instaplay is an AI-driven platform where anyone can play, create, and experiment with games as reinforcement learning environments. We give creators and labs tools to auto-generate, modify, and code new game worlds, which can be interacted with by both humans and AI agents. Our platform is being used by a growing community of creators and frontier AI labs to push what is possible with game generation and AI playing.

We're based in San Francisco because that's where the most ambitious AI and game development is happening, and it's also where our team currently lives. The local network and access to frontier labs matter for our work.
