Culture Biosciences grows cells for biotech companies. Our customers genetically modify organisms to produce new therapeutics, materials, fuels and foods. We help them quickly run experiments and develop manufacturing processes so they can get their products to market faster. Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work in South San Francisco and would keep the company based there after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

South San Francisco is the biotech hub. Being close to our customers and talent makes scaling our specialized cell growth infrastructure possible.
