We think data privacy is fundamental to safe, trustworthy AI, so it's our job to make end-to-end encrypted AI a no-compromise option - just like Signal and WhatsApp did for messaging.

Neil and Samir live in San Francisco, and the company would remain based there after YC, with remote work as well.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We live in San Francisco, which puts us close to leading AI and security talent and potential customers. We want to keep the company here to stay connected to this ecosystem.
