Our product matches candidates by qualifications and cultural fit, letting recruiters spend less time sourcing and hospitals save money while improving the hiring experience for candidates.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in New York, NY and will keep the company based there after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

New York has a large healthcare market and access to hospitals and clinical recruiters. It also allows us to be close to our users and build relationships directly with healthcare organizations.
