What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We are building a technology-enabled commercial contracting service that integrates design, project management, and construction under one roof. Our platform automates and streamlines project delivery from conceptual design through completion, managing pricing and schedules directly through our network of contractors and suppliers.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Jose, CA, and plan to keep the company based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Jose is central to our existing network of contractors and suppliers, and having the company located here helps us maintain close operational control and relationships essential for vertical integration.
